Eric is in the first year of the M.S. program in mechanical
engineering. He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Tufts
in 2011. As an undergraduate, Eric worked as a STOMP fellow and was a
member of the STOMP executive board. He was also a member of the Tufts
ski team and performed research on silk electrospinning.

CEEO Responsibilities
At the CEEO, Eric manages the Student Teacher Outreach Mentorship Program (STOMP).
Reserach Interests
Eric's research involves silk
and it's use in biomedical applications. He works with the mechanical
and biomedical engineering departments to improve and standardize the
processing of silk from raw silk cocoons to a silk solution that can be
further developed and used in many different ways.
